Return Policy

At EduVenture, we understand that plans can change. We strive to be fair and flexible while also ensuring smooth event planning. Please read our refund policy carefully: Full refunds are available for cancellations made 11 days or more before the event date. Cancellations made 7–10 days before the event will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 6 days of the event or for no-shows. Registration and booking fees (if applicable) are non-refundable. If EduVenture is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer the payment to a rescheduled date. All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or text, including the participant’s name and payment details. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
