Eldoret Vibes Festival – Refund Policy Thank you for purchasing a ticket to Eldoret Vibes Festival. Please read our refund policy carefully before completing your purchase. 1. All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organizer. 2. If the event is cancelled, ticket holders will receive a full refund through the original payment method within a reasonable processing period. 3. If the event is postponed or rescheduled, all purchased tickets will remain valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the new date, refund instructions will be communicated by the organizers. 4. Tickets are non-transferable unless officially approved by the event organizers. 5. No refunds will be issued for late arrival, failure to attend, change of personal plans, illness, weather conditions, or failure to comply with event rules. 6. Duplicate, altered, or fraudulent tickets are invalid and are not eligible for a refund. 7.
